Best Seller - Move on with this Let it go recording. Our minds can get into the habit of repeating negative thoughts and behaviour. Break free from whatever you need to release: worrying, unhealthy eating or drinking habits, fear, a habit like nail-biting, the habit of shouting, feelings of anger, a betrayal, or perhaps fretting over nothing. As you listen, there will be several opportunities in the recording to choose what you want to set yourself free from. My words will help release the habit from your subconscious mind, allowing your problems to drift into a distant memory.
Let it Go (Best Seller) is available as part of the Feel Amazing app membership.
Listen to at bedtime or another time of day in a safe place whilst sitting or lying down. Never let the driver of a car listen whilst driving.
“Since listening to the Let it Go relaxation hypnotherapy recording, I feel more in control of my thoughts, and things that use to consume my head are no longer taking over.”
The subconscious mind holds all our beliefs including our response to situations, which means we can be programmed to find it hard to let things go whether it be a worry, fear, sadness, bad habit, or relationship issue. The negative thoughts become ingrained deep in the subconscious, meaning you consciously want to change but your inner thoughts hold you back from letting things go. People can drink too much alcohol as a way of coping with worries. The messages in this recording will release the things you wish to let go of so you can feel in tune with yourself from now onwards. By listening regularly your new more positive way of thinking will become a way of life.
"How many times has someone said to you 'don't worry' about something but you have found you still couldn't stop yourself from thinking about the problem? Or how many times have you beaten yourself up about repeating the same behaviour either in a personal relationship or with a bad eating or drinking habit or a lack of motivation to do something? Consciously you have great ideas and plans but you may find yourself being held back by the limits of your subconscious mind. This recording is great for everyone as you can let go of whatever is on your mind at that moment, e.g. an old upset, a recent argument, a fear of flying, over-controlling, a money worry, a lack of motivation, a repetitive worry, a food craving, a worry overpaying your bills... You can be creative as to what you let go of each time you listen. You can work on different areas of your life. Every little improvement will shape your life positively. Remember to keep steering your life in the best direction."
