Information we collect
We collect information you give us, information created when you use the site or app, and information from the stores or billing services that handle your purchase.
That can include name, email address, phone number and message details from the contact form, booking enquiry form or newsletter signup; appointment preferences (phone, St Albans or London) and the topic you want to work on; purchase and membership details from Apple, Google Play or our web checkout; account and app-use information needed to provide Feel Amazing, including Child Lock settings; technical information such as browser or device type, pages visited and diagnostic data; and cookie and similar-technology data, described in the Cookie Policy.
How we use information
We use personal data to answer enquiries and book, change or cancel one-to-one appointments; provide Feel Amazing membership, restore access and handle Family Sharing requests; process payments and renewals through Apple, Google Play or RevenueCat web billing; send information you asked for, including the newsletter if you opted in; keep the site and app secure, fix problems and understand how pages are used; and meet legal, accounting and consumer-rights duties. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep information
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose we collected it: to provide membership or appointments, to keep accounting records, to handle a dispute, or to meet a legal duty. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Deleting a Feel Amazing account in the app is separate from cancelling a subscription. Cancel any auto-renewing membership first, then delete the account. See Help.
HelpSecurity
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, object to certain processing, or receive a copy of data you provided. You can also withdraw consent where we rely on it.
Use the contact form to make a request.
Contact formChildren and teenagers
Feel Amazing includes titles written for children and teenagers, and Child Lock lets a parent or carer hide titles that are not suitable for children. One-to-one sessions for children and teenagers are booked by a parent or carer. A parent or carer should buy and manage the membership, and should use Child Lock where a young person is using the app. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from a child in order to market to them.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, they should use an appropriate safeguard, such as the UK’s approved transfer tools.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. For a material change, we will add a clearer notice on this page.
