The website ailsafrank.com (referred to as “the Website”) and the feel amazing app (referred to as “the app”) are owned by Ailsa Frank Wellbeing Ltd (referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’). By using the app or website you are legally agreeing to these terms. The terms may be updated from time to time without notice by the sole discursion of Ailsa Frank Wellbeing Ltd. You should check those terms for changes occasionally.

Subscriptions

  • - subscriptions purchased via the website will NOT renew automatically and expire at the end of the term.
  • - individual titles subscriptions purchased via the app will NOT renew automatically and expire at the end of the term e.g. after one year.
  • - Full membership to all titles subscriptions purchased via the app are renewed automatically unless you cancel them.
  • - If you've cancelled a paid subscription, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.
  • - If you've cancelled during a free trial period, you may lose access to the subscription immediately.
  • - If you signed up for a free trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • - The subscription duration information and management are available in the app ‘More' > ‘My Subscriptions’ Section.
  • - You will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancelling or Pausing a Subscription

To cancel or pause your subscription go to the app open the ‘More’ section and select the ‘My Subscriptions’ then click the ‘Manage’ button. You will be then redirected to your Apple or Google subscriptions account. There you will be able to select the subscription to cancel or pause it.

Tip: If you want to stop the auto-renewal just cancel or pause your subscription at any time before the next billing period.

For issues with subscriptions, cancellations, restoring subscriptions or refunds please contact us via the website or via the app envelope icon and we will get back to you within a reasonable time.

Deleting your Account in the Feel Amazing app

Deleting all your account data

We respect your right to be forgotten

To DELETE your account go to the Feel Amazing app open the ‘More’ section select the ‘Delete My Account’ then tap the ‘Delete’ button. This will delete all your data in the Feel Amazing app including your name, email, any purchases and your listening history. This will happen immediately and you will be logged out from your account which was just deleted.

if you have any auto-renewing subscriptions (yearly or monthly subscriptions to all titles), please cancel them in the App Store or Google Play. See 'Canceling or Pausing a Subscription' above.

After deleting your account, you can still listen to the free titles in the 'My Collection' section.

You will be then redirected to your Apple or Google subscriptions account. There you will be able to select the subscription to cancel or pause it.

You can also contact us for account deletion via the website or via the app envelope icon and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Deleting some of your data, without deleting your account

 for partial data deletion without deleting your account contact us here via the website or via the Feel Amazing app envelope icon and let us know which information you would like to delete and we will do our best to accommodate your request. we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Family sharing

Available only to customers who purchased a yearly or monthly full membership to all titles. 

As a gesture of goodwill, we enable you to share your subscription with up to 4 family members. This means for example that if you purchase 1-year membership to access all titles you can add your partner and children to your membership for free.

Apple family sharing (you may have it already setup)

On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

Go to Settings.

Tap your name, then tap Family Sharing.

Tap Add Member.

Enter your family member's name or email address and follow the onscreen instructions.

Choose whether you’d like to send an invitation by message or to invite them in person. Then follow the onscreen instructions.

Remember to let the family member know to download the feel amazing app and login into the app with their Apple ID email so we can link your purchase to their email in the Family group.

Important - After the new family member login into the app he/she must go to 'More' > 'My Subscriptions' > press the 'Restore' Button which will restore and open the subscription purchased by the other family member.

How to share purchases with your family (you may have it already setup)

One adult in the family – the family organiser – pays for everyone's purchases. You can share apps, music, books and more.

What is purchase sharing?

When you turn on purchase sharing, everyone in your family gets access to apps, music, films, TV programmes and books that family members buy. The family organiser will be billed for family members' purchases.

Use your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to turn on purchase sharing

If you haven't set up Family Sharing yet, set up Family Sharing.

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Tap your name, then tap Family Sharing.
  • Tap Purchase Sharing.
  • Tap Continue and follow the onscreen instructions.
  • To see which payment method will be billed, tap Purchase Sharing again and look at the Shared Payment Method information.

Restoring subscriptions

There are 2 cases you will need to press the 'Restore' button in the 'More' > ‘My Subscriptions'

If you have changed or lost your phone and after reinstalling the app again and logging in, you still don’t have access to your subscription.

On an iPhone with a family sharing, to get access to an existing subscription in your family group.

Family sharing for Android phones (Samsung, Google Pixel, LG, One Plus, etc)

Due to the current limitations of Google family sharing we are managing it manually.

Here is how to share your subscription with up to 4 family members:

Contact us via the envelope icon in the app and request our team to open family sharing and let us know the email address/es of your family member/s.

We will then open it within a few hours and email you once it is done so you can let them know.

In the meantime, it is best if you ask your family member/s to get the feel amazing app and login into the app with the email you have just given us. Show them the app using the 4 free titles in the ‘My Collection’ so they get familiar with using it. Also, this way when we open their subscription, we will see that the email you have given us is correct and the subscription is activated and linked to their email.

We are not a healthcare service or provide any medical advice. Only a doctor or a healthcare provider can do that. While there is evidence that hypnotherapy, hypnosis, meditation or relaxation can help in a variety of conditions and relationship issues we make no claims, representations or guarantees that the app provides such benefit.

The hypnotherapy recordings are designed to be listened to in a safe place where you can lay down relax and close your eyes. Under no circumstances you should listen to the recording while driving or operating machinery.

Product disclaimer

while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website, the app or the information, products, services contained on the website or the app for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

Product availability

Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the app or the website will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the service will be fault-free. If a fault occurs in the app or website, you should report it to us at info@ailsafrank.com and we will review it. if we decide it is appropriate to correct the fault we will do so, as soon as we reasonably can. Your access to the website or the app may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. we will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can. We will not be liable to you if the app or website are unavailable for a reasonable amount of time.

End-user license

Subject to the terms of this license agreement (“License Agreement”), as set out in this section, and these other Terms, and your payment of subscription fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to stream, download and make personal non-commercial use of the Products.

The App and the website contain copyrighted material, proprietary material or other intellectual property belonging to us or our licensors. All rights, titles and ownership remain with us or our licensors, as applicable. The rights to stream, download and use the products are licensed to you and are not being sold to you, and you have no rights in them other than to use them in accordance with this License Agreement and the Terms.

Therapists and commercial use

You are not allowed to use the app for any commercial use including making copies of the hypnotherapy recording and giving or playing them to your clients. However, If you are a therapist and would like to recommend the app to your clients you can do so. We will also give you free access to yourself, contact us to introduce yourself and clinic information to get the free access. Your clients can use the free 4 titles in the app or purchase a subscription. We reserve the right to cancel access to the app at any time if we feel a breach of our terms has been made.

The app made available (in whole or in part) are owned by us or our licensors and your use of them must be in accordance with these Terms.

General liability

So far as permitted by law, and except in respect of death or personal injury arising from negligence, our liability for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the app or any content, advertisements or products provided or distributed through the app or our websites including, without limitation, economic loss or any special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage, whether or not the possibility of such loss has been notified to us shall be limited to the aggregate purchase price of your app subscription or the hypnotherapy downloads.

The foregoing will apply whether such loss or damage arises in contract, negligence, under statute or otherwise.

Nothing in these terms affects any liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

General information

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.

These terms and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of England, any dispute will be decided by the English courts.

We may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please check these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes we make.
