I have over 20 years' experience helping people with addictions, changing habits around alcohol, cocaine, recreational drugs and prescription medication. In a few appointments you can see results.
Hypnotherapy helps to support people in regaining control, reducing reliance, coping with social pressure and everyday life.
Hypnotherapy may help by:
Many people I see do not identify as “addicted”. Instead, they notice:
Over time, these patterns can affect sleep, mood, relationships, finances, confidence, health and career.
I didn’t realise how much stress was driving my drug use. I now cope differently and sleep properly again. Daniel, London

You do not have to wait for a crisis before seeking support. This service is for people who want confidencial help without judgement.
I’ll guide you step by step to achieve lasting change.
At home on the phone: I connect with English-speaking clients worldwide (UK, Europe, USA, Australia) via phone or WhatsApp audio, which works exceptionally well for hypnotherapy.
In-Person: I also see clients face-to-face at clinics at the Portland Clinic in Wimpole Street, London (W1) or in St Albans.

90 Minutes: The first half is a relaxed discussion. We talk about what is going on in your life and what you want to work on. We discuss patterns, triggers and goals. In the second half, I guide you through a tailored hypnotherapy session to release root causes and begin making changes immediately. You can cover multiple issues in each session.

60–75 Minutes: These are usually spaced two weeks apart to reinforce the changes and address any new layers that come up. Each session deepens the changes. You can have a top up at time in the future. Some clients like to have regular sessions to deal with life , work and business issues as they arise.

I typically work with clients over 2 to 4 appointments. I believe in a bespoke approach, some hypnotherapists might try to sign you up for a long, expensive course. I don't work that way. I start with a minimum of two appointments, with further sessions booked only based on your individual needs.

A terrible incident happened in my life nearly ten years ago. My whole life went off course from being quite successful with a bright future. I lost my way completely, meaning I did not work for many years before eventually finding part-time odd jobs. The hypnosis session broke me out of the self-sabotage of repetitive thoughts and low self-esteem. I feel mentally in a good place to move on with my life. I am on top of the addictions I had, and I have learnt how connected they were to my problems. As Ailsa said, 'I am on my way now'.

Think of hypnotherapy as a fully conscious, deep relaxation. It feels a bit like that lovely, heavy moment when you wake up in the morning but can’t be bothered to get up yet. You are safe, in control, and awake the whole time.
In this relaxed state, your mind is more open to positive suggestions. Your current habit is simply a "programme" running in your subconscious. The hypnotherapy acts like a software update: we rewrite that old programme, allowing you to easily create new habits. It is a powerful shift in thinking that helps you finally make the choices you’ve been trying to make for years.
You might feel sceptical or worried that it "won't work for you." That is completely normal. Most of my clients say they wish they had done this sooner.
Alcohol can lower inhibitions and make cocaine use more likely. The two may reinforce one another and make the cycle harder to interrupt.
Driving after drug use can carry serious legal and safety risks, including the following day. Detection and impairment vary, so do not drive if you may be affected or are uncertain; follow current official guidance.
Sleeping tablets, painkillers or anxiety medication can gradually become habitual. Do not change or stop prescribed medication without advice from the clinician responsible for your care.
Concealing drug use from a partner, employer or family can add stress, shame and isolation.
Spending can escalate gradually and affect savings, debt and everyday life.
Substances may become a way to manage stress, anxiety, trauma, loneliness or pressure. Hypnotherapy may support work on the habits and emotional triggers involved.
I use proven hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, coaching and reframing techniques. I access your subconscious mind to identify and release the emotional drivers behind your drinking. You remain aware and in control throughout.
If you are not ready for one-to-one sessions, the Feel Amazing hypnotherapy app offers gentle support you can begin at home.
Recommended recordings: Stop Taking Cocaine, Let it Go, Take Control of Alcohol, De-stress Your Life, Build Confidence & Self-Esteem and Good Night’s Sleep.
Hypnotherapy may support behavioural change, but it does not replace medical care, prescribed treatment or specialist addiction services. If you may be dependent, are experiencing withdrawal, or are concerned about your physical or mental health, seek medical guidance alongside hypnotherapy. In an emergency, contact the emergency services.
