How can I get the Feel Amazing app on my phone or tablet?

To get the Feel Amazing app on your phone or tablet:

If you have an iPhone or iPad, open the Apple App Store.
If you have an Android phone or tablet, open Google Play.
Search for ‘Feel Amazing app’.
Tap Get or Install, then open the app.

Can I use the Feel Amazing app on more than one device?

Yes. Download the Feel Amazing app from Google Play on your Android phone or tablet, or from the Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad. Then sign in with the same account details on each device.

How do I access my purchase?

If you subscribe in the Feel Amazing app on iPhone, iPad or Android, access activates as soon as you pay via the App Store or Google Play, and you can open all the recordings.

If you purchase on this website, download the Feel Amazing app on your phone from Google Play or the App Store, and log in with the same email you entered on the checkout page. Your membership will then be available in the app.

I lost my phone. How do I access the app again?

When you get a new phone or tablet, download the Feel Amazing app again and sign in with the email address you used originally. Your membership or subscription will be available in the app.

I’m not sure if my order went through or I ordered twice by mistake. What should I do?

What is the price of a Feel Amazing subscription?

Monthly: £7.99 per month, rolling, auto-renews until you cancel.
Yearly: £45 per year (about £3.75 per month), auto-renews until you cancel.
Lifetime: £249 one-time (website only). Does not renew.

Monthly and yearly include a 7-day free trial where offered. Apple App Store and Google Play show the price in your local currency at purchase; the figures above are the UK / website prices in GBP.

How do I manage, cancel or pause my subscription?

In Feel Amazing, go to More → My Subscriptions → Cancel. What opens next depends on where you subscribed:

App Store (iPhone and iPad): the app opens Apple subscription management.
Android: the app opens Google Play subscription management.
Web: we email you a link to your web membership, where you can cancel or manage your account.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. There is no separate pause feature. To pause, cancel the current membership, let it expire, then purchase a new membership later when you are ready.

How do I upgrade my Feel Amazing subscription?

There is no separate Upgrade button in the app. To change plan, go to More → My Subscriptions → Cancel. That Cancel control opens subscription management for wherever you originally subscribed (it does not instantly cancel by itself):

App Store (iPhone and iPad): Apple’s subscription screen, where you can switch plan or cancel.
Android: Google Play’s subscription screen, where you can switch plan or cancel.
Web: we email you a link to your web membership, where you can upgrade, change plan, or cancel.

Upgrades stay on the same store you originally used (Apple stays on Apple, Google on Google, web on web).

Lifetime: Lifetime access is only sold on the website, not in the App Store or Google Play. If you have an Apple or Google membership and want Lifetime, cancel that store membership first (you keep access until the paid period ends), then buy Lifetime on the website.

How do I reset my Feel Amazing password?

Feel Amazing does not use a password. You sign in with your email and a one-time PIN we send to that inbox.

Open the app (or go to More, then Log in).
Enter the email address for your account.
Open the email we send and enter the PIN in the app.

If it is your first time, we will also ask for your name so we can create your profile. After that, the same email is enough whenever you need to sign in again (for example after logging out or reinstalling). We send a fresh PIN each time, and your purchases stay linked to that email and profile.

If you are signed in under the wrong email, go to More, tap Log out, then sign in again with the correct email and a new PIN.

What if I’m not receiving my login PIN, or I need to change my account email?

Feel Amazing signs you in with a one-time PIN emailed to the address you enter. If the PIN does not arrive:

Check spam / junk and any promotions folder.
Confirm you typed the same email you use for Feel Amazing.
Wait a minute, then request a new PIN from the app login screen.

If you need to change your account email, or move your membership to a different email, contact us and describe what you want changed. Include the new email if you have one. We are happy to help and usually reply within a few hours.

In the app: use the envelope icon or the contact button.
On the website: use Contact me.

Why don’t I have access to titles (shopping cart icons)?

A shopping cart icon on a title means you do not currently have active membership access on this device. That is usually because you have not purchased yet, or your subscription was cancelled or has expired.

If you already purchased

Sign in (More → Log in) with the same email linked to your purchase, using email + PIN.
Check the email is typed exactly.
App Store / Google Play: More → My Subscriptions → Restore.
Website purchase: use the email from your purchase confirmation.

Once membership is active on that login, shopping cart icons become Play buttons and you can open the full library.

Note: You can also start a subscription without signing in by tapping a shopping cart icon on any title (App Store or Google Play). After you subscribe, the app refreshes and the shopping cart icons become Play buttons. Signing in before or after purchase is still better, so your membership links to your profile, and you can use the playlist functionality and account features.

Will my membership renew automatically?

Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically unless you cancel. Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase. It does not renew.

To stop a future renewal on a monthly or yearly plan, go to More → My Subscriptions → Cancel in the Feel Amazing app.

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no separate pause button.

How can I turn off the auto-renew feature for my subscription?

Monthly and yearly Feel Amazing memberships renew automatically until you turn auto-renew off. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.

To turn off auto-renew, go to More → My Subscriptions → Cancel in the Feel Amazing app. That Cancel control opens subscription management for wherever you originally subscribed:

App Store (iPhone and iPad): Apple’s subscription screen, where you can turn off auto-renew / cancel.
Android: Google Play’s subscription screen, where you can turn off auto-renew / cancel.
Web: we email you a link to your web membership, where you can turn off auto-renew / cancel.

Turning off auto-renew stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no separate pause feature.

Why was I charged and what will I pay at renewal?

For Apple App Store and Google Play memberships, the price, currency and renewal terms are confirmed at purchase and are available in the store’s subscription details.

Your renewal is at the same price as your current membership. Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

In Feel Amazing, go to More → My Subscriptions → Cancel.

This opens the relevant Apple or Google subscription screen, where you can view your subscription and purchase history.

How do I restore my membership after changing, losing or reinstalling a phone?

On iPhone and iPad, a family member using Apple Family Sharing may also need to use Restore after logging in with the email address for their Apple ID.

If access is still not restored, use the envelope/contact route in the app or the contact form.

How do refunds work?

Refund eligibility and decisions for purchases billed by Apple or Google Play are handled through the relevant store’s refund process.

For an Apple-billed purchase, use Apple’s Request a refund for apps or content bought from Apple guidance.

For a Google Play-billed purchase, use the Request a refund on Google Play guidance.

If you purchased through our website, please contact us to request a refund.

How do I delete my Feel Amazing account and data?

In Feel Amazing, go to More → Delete My Account → Delete. This deletes the account and logs you out immediately.

When you delete your account, all your data is deleted, including your active subscription, purchases, and purchase information. This action is unrecoverable.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Before deleting the account, go to More → My Subscriptions → Cancel and cancel any auto-renewing membership separately. Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal data.

Using the Feel Amazing app

What can I listen to for free, and what are the membership options?

You can listen for free to Good Night’s Sleep, Stop Worrying, Fit & Well, Release Daily Stress, Debt-free Living and Fear of Needles, plus a range of relaxing and calming music. You do not need a paid subscription for these.

A membership gives you access to the full recording library. Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically until cancelled and include a 7-day free trial where offered. Lifetime membership is a one-time payment and does not renew.

How do I get the most from the Feel Amazing app?

Create a playlist and listen daily, at least one track a day on your subject. Mix and match tracks from the same title, or mix different titles once you are ready.

Use Repeat one or Repeat all in a title player or in your playlist so tracks can run in the background. You can drag tracks to reorder them in a playlist, and reorder tracks inside a title’s player when a recording has more than one track. If repeat is off, playback stops on the last track (useful at bedtime so nothing starts again and wakes you).

You do not need to follow every word consciously. Low volume in the background while you do simple tasks at home can gently reinforce the messages, a bit like seeing an advert several times. Bedtime with the volume low, as you drift toward sleep, is especially effective.

Safety: do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything important or dangerous.

When should I listen to the recordings?

Bedtime is the most popular time. Keep the volume low, lie down, and it is fine if you drift off. As you settle toward sleep your brain moves into an alpha state, then toward theta. In that calm window your conscious mind is less judgmental and your subconscious is more open to the suggestions in the recording, so it is a particularly good time to listen, and falling asleep to it is okay.

You can also listen in the morning or after work on the sofa, or keep a low volume running in the background while you do simple tasks at home. You do not need to follow every word consciously.

Always listen in a safe place. Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention.

Try to listen daily for about three weeks (you can alternate tracks), then a few times a week for top-ups until you have made the changes you want. Repetition matters.

How soon will I notice a change from a recording?

Some people notice a shift within a day or two. For others it takes a few weeks of daily listening. Sleep and a calmer evening are often the first changes. Keep going with one title for the first week then introduce another while listening to the first title until you have reached your goal, consistency and perseverance is the key.

Can I listen to more than one title or work on several topics?

Yes. You can listen to more than one title if you want to work on several subjects.

It is usually best to focus on one topic first, then gradually introduce another. Once you have given each topic a focused period of listening, you can dip in and out of any of the recordings to stay relaxed and on top of things.

In the app you can mix tracks from the same title or from different titles in a playlist, and use Repeat one or Repeat all so several tracks run in the background.

How do playlists and repeat play work?

In a playlist, drag tracks to reorder them. In a title player, if a recording has more than one track, you can reorder those tracks by dragging them up and down on the player.

Use Repeat one to loop a single track, or Repeat all to loop everything in that player (playlist or title players). That lets several titles or tracks run in the background.

If repeat is off, playback ends on the last track and stops. That is useful at bedtime so nothing restarts and wakes you.

When should I book a one-to-one session instead of using the app?

The app is a complete programme you use on your own, with a 7-day free trial on monthly or yearly membership. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Book a one-to-one if you want a session tailored to you, you have a specific root cause to work through, or you have been listening and would like extra support. Many people use both.

Family Sharing

How does Family Sharing work on iPhone and iPad?

Feel Amazing on iPhone and iPad uses Apple Family Sharing. You and up to five other family members can share, and everyone keeps their own Apple Account.

Set up the Family group (an adult is the organiser):

Open the Settings app, then tap your name.
Tap Family, then tap Continue.
Follow the onscreen steps to invite people, or create an Apple Account for a child.

To add someone later, go to Settings → Family, tap the Add Member button, then invite them by Messages or email.

Share the Feel Amazing subscription

On the organiser’s iPhone, go to Settings → Family → Subscriptions. If you see Feel Amazing, turn on Share with Family. If that switch is missing, the subscription is not eligible to share. In that case, contact us.

Each family member then opens Feel Amazing

Download Feel Amazing from the App Store. Sign in with the email address for their own Apple Account, then go to More → My Subscriptions → Restore.

How does family sharing work on Android?

On Android, family access is arranged manually. Use the in-app envelope or the contact form and include the family members’ email addresses.

Our team will then mirror your membership to their email within a few hours. In the meantime, ask them to get the Feel Amazing app and log in with that email. We will email you back once the membership is open for them.

App safety

How does Child Lock work?

Child Lock lets parents/carers confidently allow children and teenagers to use the titles tailored for them, without worrying that a child will wander into titles that are not relevant or suitable for children.

A parent/carer can activate Child Lock in Feel Amazing by going to More → Child Lock. When active, it filters out titles that are not suitable for children, including content that refers to alcohol and other subjects intended for an older audience.

One-to-one appointments

How many hypnotherapy appointments will I need?

Most people have two to four appointments, although you can have more depending on your needs. Sessions are tailored to you and can cover more than one issue. You can also return later for a top-up relaxation session or to work on something new.

How long is each appointment?

The first appointment lasts 90 minutes. Follow-up appointments last one hour and are usually about two weeks apart, giving you time to put what you’ve covered into practice.

Are appointments by phone or in person?

Appointments are available by phone or WhatsApp worldwide, or face-to-face in St Albans and Wimpole Street, London.

How much do one-to-one appointments cost?

One to one sessions start at £175 for phone. Then face-to-face sessions are £220 in St Albans and £395 in London. Usually 2 to 4 sessions are required although you can have more.

What can I work on in a one-to-one session?

You can work on any topic holding you back, including anxiety, alcohol, sleep, confidence, habits, relationships, work and family issues. One set of sessions can cover more than one issue.

What happens in the first appointment?

The first appointment lasts about 90 minutes. We talk through what you want to change, then you have a hypnotherapy session tailored to you. After this session I may suggest one or more Feel Amazing app recordings to listen to before your next appointment. On a third session you will have the option of a personalised recording from your session.

What is the difference between one-to-one sessions and the Feel Amazing app?

One-to-one appointments let you speak directly with Ailsa and receive hypnotherapy tailored to your needs and goals. The Feel Amazing app offers recordings written and recorded by Ailsa, which you can listen to independently at home.

Does hypnotherapy work for everyone?

People are usually surprised at how effective and enjoyable the sessions are. Hypnotherapy outcomes vary by individual, but Ailsa’s comprehensive approach covers so many aspects of life that it's hard for sessions not to help. She integrates various techniques and the Feel Amazing app for full support.

How do I book an appointment?

Choose a phone appointment,St Albans clinic or London clinic on the booking page, select an available time and pay to confirm your appointment. Alternatively, if you have questions about the appointments, please fill in our contact form.

How do I change or cancel an appointment?

Please let us know as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours beforehand, so Ailsa can offer the time to someone else. We understand that unexpected things happen. To cancel or rearrange, use our contact form or the contact details in your booking confirmation. If you rearrange, your payment can be transferred to the new date.

Can I book from outside the UK?

Yes. Phone and WhatsApp audio sessions are available for English-speaking clients worldwide. Or for in-person appointments Ailsa is available in St Albans and in London.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind before my appointment?

Yes. If you contact us 24 hours before your appointment to cancel, you can choose a full refund or transfer your payment to a new date. If you miss your appointment without letting us know, we cannot refund you.
