Feel supported and improve your journey in a few appointments
I am here to support you though fertility treatment, pregnancy and labour which are not just physical events, they are emotional rollercoasters.
Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind to calm that stress response, change unhelpful patterns and help you feel steadier day-to-day, so you can cope better with your journey.
A case-control study in Israel found that women who used hypnosis during embryo transfer had higher implantation and clinical pregnancy rates than those who did not, although it was a single-centre study and more research is needed.
Systematic reviews suggest hypnosis in pregnancy and labour can reduce fear and pain for some women and improve the overall birth experience.
“Since the hypnotherapy, I now feel more prepared and in control of anxiety and worries. The sessions have been invaluable”
Naomi from London

I used birth hypnosis myself when I had my daughter in 1992 and was astonished at how manageable the contractions became with a simple recording. That experience, and helping many women over the years, led me to create my own comprehensive hypnotherapy approach.
I’ll guide you step by step to achieve lasting change.
At home on the phone: I connect with English-speaking clients worldwide (UK, Europe, USA, Australia) via phone or WhatsApp audio, which works exceptionally well for hypnotherapy.
In-Person: I also see clients face-to-face at clinics at the Portland Clinic in Wimpole Street, London (W1) or in St Albans.

90 Minutes: The first half is a relaxed discussion. We talk about what is going on in your life and what you want to work on. We discuss patterns, triggers and goals. In the second half, I guide you through a tailored hypnotherapy session to release root causes and begin making changes immediately. You can cover multiple issues in each session.

60–75 Minutes: These are usually spaced two weeks apart to reinforce the changes and address any new layers that come up. Each session deepens the changes. You can have a top up at time in the future. Some clients like to have regular sessions to deal with life , work and business issues as they arise.

I typically work with clients over 2 to 4 appointments. I believe in a bespoke approach, some hypnotherapists might try to sign you up for a long, expensive course. I don't work that way. I start with a minimum of two appointments, with further sessions booked only based on your individual needs.

Think of hypnotherapy as a fully conscious, deep relaxation. It feels a bit like that lovely, heavy moment when you wake up in the morning but can’t be bothered to get up yet. You are safe, in control, and awake the whole time.
In this relaxed state, your subconscious mind becomes more receptive to helpful suggestions for birth, fertility & IVF.
Rather than trying to “force” yourself to think positively, you begin to feel calmer and more hopeful from the inside out.
For pregnancy and birth, hypnotherapy helps you to:
For fertility and IVF, hypnotherapy helps you to:
I use proven hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, coaching and reframing techniques. I access your subconscious mind to identify and release the emotional drivers behind your stress, minimise things down so you can feel supported and in control.
You might feel sceptical or worried that it "won't work for you." That is completely normal. Most of my clients say they wish they had done this sooner.
It’s not happening: Trying to conceive naturally.
Treatment fears: Coping with IVF cycles and repeated rounds.
Pregnancy loss: Struggling to cope.
Fear of birth: Hospital procedures or fear of needles.
Preparing emotionally: for a planned caesarean or induction.
IVF strain: affecting your relationship.
Financial stress: Mounting fertility costs.
Outcome disappointment: Struggling to continue.
If you answered "yes" to any of these, you just need the right tools to change and I can help you.
If you aren't ready for one-to-one sessions yet, you can begin listening immediately with my Feel Amazing Hypnotherapy App. It features over 60 recordings.
Full Access: Costs less than £1 per week (£45 annual membership or £7.99 monthly).

Current evidence is still evolving, but several studies suggest hypnotherapy and related mind-body approaches can be useful alongside medical care:
A case-control study in an Israeli IVF unit found that women who used hypnosis during embryo transfer had higher implantation and clinical pregnancy rates than matched controls, though it was a single-centre study and can’t prove cause and effect. Levitas et al., 2006 – Fertility and Sterility (PubMed)
A 2023 mini-review on hypnotherapy in infertility highlighted its role in reducing stress, improving coping and supporting lifestyle changes, while noting that direct evidence on pregnancy rates is still limited and larger trials are needed. MedCrave, 2023 mini-review
A Cochrane review of hypnosis for pain in labour (nine trials, nearly 3,000 women) found that hypnosis may reduce the overall use of pain medication during labour for some women, although results across individual trials were mixed. Cochrane review: hypnosis for pain in labour
A recent systematic review of hypnosis in pregnancy and childbirth reported reductions in anxiety, fear of birth and improved feelings of control and satisfaction with the birth experience in many studies, again with variation in methods and quality. Fernández-Gamero et al., 2024 – Healthcare
Overall, the research suggests that hypnotherapy can be a helpful psychological support tool – especially for anxiety, fear and pain – and may offer additional benefits when used alongside evidence-based fertility and maternity care.

Gentle daily support for stress, sleep, anxiety, alcohol and habits.
