Practical inspiration that people can actually use
I’m Ailsa Frank – a leading British hypnotherapist, Hay House author and motivational speaker. I speak to businesses, teams and private audiences who want relatable content with techniques to manage everyday life.
My talks are practical, relaxing and enjoyable. They give people tools they can use immediately to cut through stress, stop negative thinking and perform better – at work and at home. This includes supporting people who are quietly dealing with mental health pressures such as anxiety, poor sleep, burnout, low confidence or feeling mentally overloaded, even though they’re still turning up every day.
“I believe that when people are given the right tools to manage daily work and home-life stress, they naturally thrive, and that’s how success grows for individuals and for the whole team.” - Ailsa Frank
My work is based on the principles from my book Cut the Crap and Feel Amazing – about dropping unhelpful thinking, rising above drama and getting into a clear, focused, resilient “can-do” mindset.
What organisations gain from my talks
Whether I’m speaking at a conference, company away day or internal event, my aim is simple: help people feel better so they work better.
Audiences leave with:
Optional additions organisations often choose:
“I’ve heard countless motivational speakers over the past thirty years, but I’ve never seen anyone like Ailsa. She engaged the audience and taught real techniques people could actually use. One of the best speakers I’ve ever seen.”

Many organisations book me as a motivational speaker as part of a wider wellbeing or EAP (Employee Assistance Program) approach.
My talks work particularly well alongside:
They help normalise conversations around stress, mental health and coping (without turning the event into a “therapy session”) and give people practical tools they can use immediately.
From inspiration to ongoing supportFor organisations that want more than a one-off talk, my speaking events can act as the gateway into deeper support, including:
This creates a joined-up approach: inspiration on the day → practical tools → ongoing wellbeing support.

My talk or workshop is a good fit if you recognise any of the following in your organisation, team or audience:
I’ll guide you step by step to achieve lasting change.
At home on the phone: I connect with English-speaking clients worldwide (UK, Europe, USA, Australia) via phone or WhatsApp audio, which works exceptionally well for hypnotherapy.
In-Person: I also see clients face-to-face at clinics at the Portland Clinic in Wimpole Street, London (W1) or in St Albans.

90 Minutes: The first half is a relaxed discussion. We talk about what is going on in your life and what you want to work on. We discuss patterns, triggers and goals. In the second half, I guide you through a tailored hypnotherapy session to release root causes and begin making changes immediately. You can cover multiple issues in each session.

60–75 Minutes: These are usually spaced two weeks apart to reinforce the changes and address any new layers that come up. Each session deepens the changes. You can have a top up at time in the future. Some clients like to have regular sessions to deal with life , work and business issues as they arise.

I typically work with clients over 2 to 4 appointments. I believe in a bespoke approach, some hypnotherapists might try to sign you up for a long, expensive course. I don't work that way. I start with a minimum of two appointments, with further sessions booked only based on your individual needs.

I have heard endless motivational speakers in the past thirty years but I have never seen someone like Ailsa who engaged with the audience teaching real techniques which are easy to take away. One of the best speakers I have ever seen.

I deliver tailored motivational talks and interactive workshops for:
Each session is shaped around your organisation’s needs. Before the event, I’ll speak with a nominated contact to understand:
Common themes include:
I include a short, live guided hypnotherapy-style relaxation, so people don’t just hear the ideas – they feel the shift.
Many organisations tell me they’re tired of speakers who:
My approach is different:
That’s why my talks resonate across all levels of a business – from leadership to frontline staff. I have supported people in business for more than twenty years.
To help ideas stick long after the applause fades, many organisations choose to add:
This gives people ongoing support and reinforces the techniques taught during the talk.
Constant Pressure: Everyone feels “on” all the time, with little space to breathe or think clearly.
Motivation Swings: Some days the team is engaged and driven, other days flat and disengaged.
Stress Spillover: Work pressure shows up as irritability, tension or low patience with colleagues.
Confidence Dips: People hesitate to speak up, present ideas or make decisions they’re capable of making.
Overthinking Loop: Minds race, second-guessing replaces action, and simple tasks feel harder than they should.
Team Friction: Small misunderstandings turn into bigger issues that affect morale and cooperation. Competitiveness between colleagues instead of valuing all skill sets.
Change Resistance: Targets, restructures or new ways of working trigger anxiety rather than momentum.
Untapped Potential: You know your people could perform better if stress wasn’t constantly in the way.
If you answered “yes” to any of these, your team doesn’t need more pressure: they need practical tools to reset, refocus and perform at their best.
